Zoey's 1st birthday!

We had Zoey's birthday party the weekend after she turned 1. Her birthday was on Thursday and we had her party Saturday night. We had mostly family and then a few friends and their kids.

Our beautiful little girl! It's so hard to believe a year has passed. It went by so fast! It has been the best year. We love having Zoey in our family.

Thanksgiving Point

A couple of weeks ago we went to Thanksgiving Point to attend some of the Halloween activities. We went with Rafa's sister, Janis, her fiance, Klint, and their son, Drake. We had a blast. Zoey loves crowds of people and being social. She was running around like crazy and wanting to talk to everyone.

 Little pumpkin patch...we went to another last weekend and will have to post those pictures soon. It's so hard to organize pictures because they are in so many places...camera and different cell phones!

There were lots of activities to do but Zoey and Drake were still a little young for them. They did have a bouncy house that Zoey loved jumping in with me. 

Zoey Belle turns 1!!

I can't believe Zoey is 1!! This year has flown past. She brings so much joy and excitement into our family. We love her so much. I have not done well over the last year blogging but hopefully this will recap some of the highlights! :)

Zoey Belle

The last last several weeks have been super busy with a newborn, so I haven't gotten pictures up sooner but we just got back Zoey's newborn pictures (2 weeks) - done by my cousin Jennifer at Pocket Full of Poses Photography - so I had to post some of my favorites!

I love Zoey so much and being a mother is wonderful! I'm just hoping someday I'll get sleep again :)

Zoey's Room

Zoey's room is coming along nicely! We are so excited for her to arrive and it can't come soon enough. We got the most adorable crib bedding set.

It's a little more girly than we originally wanted but oh well! :)

Baby Shower

A couple of weeks ago my sister, Laura, hosted a wonderful baby shower for me!! She did a great job planning and throwing it. My other sister, Staci, and mom helped out lots too and I'm so thankful for all they did to make it such a great time!

We played a few games but we mostly only got pictures of playing the diaper game. Which is where you have to guess what kind of smashed chocolate candy bar is in the diaper!

I wish I would have gotten a picture with my mom and sisters but it was busy busy. I am so thankful for all they did. I also was very spoiled by family and friends and Zoey sure got lots of great stuff!!
